1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Force collects, uses, shares, and protects information when licensed agents and agencies use the Agent Force platform, including accounts, profiles, dashboards, subscriptions, agency features, websites and kiosks created through the platform, and related services (collectively, the "Agent Force Services").
2. Relationship to My Benefit Pilot (Affiliated Services)
Agent Force, Inc. and My Benefit Pilot, Inc. are separate legal entities under common ownership that provide distinct services that may be integrated. Some data you provide in your Agent Force Profile is used to support your My Benefit Pilot directory listing and related features. As described below, Agent Force may share information with My Benefit Pilot, Inc. to operate integrated services.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide to us
We collect information you provide when you create an account, complete your Agent Force Profile, subscribe, communicate with us, or otherwise use the Agent Force Services, including:
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, phone number
- Licensing and professional information: National Producer Number, states of licensure, products offered, California license number (if applicable), and verification status
- Profile content: headshot, bio, social media links, languages spoken, business name (if applicable)
- Location information you choose to provide: address, city, state, zip code (profile address may be public if used for directory visibility)
- Communications: messages and information you send to support, onboarding, or other communications
- Agency and downline information (if applicable): agency invitations, associations, and administrative configurations
B. Billing and subscription information
If you purchase a subscription, we collect information related to billing and payments, such as:
- billing contact name and billing address (never displayed publicly)
- subscription plan, invoices, and transaction history
- payment method information handled through our payment processor (Stripe)
Payment processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe typically receives and stores payment card numbers and processes transactions on our behalf. We may store limited payment-related information such as Stripe customer identifiers, payment method tokens, billing address, and the last four digits and expiration date of a card (as made available by Stripe).
C. Information collected automatically (cookies, analytics, and security)
We and our service providers automatically collect certain device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as:
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and language
- pages viewed, links clicked, time and date of access, and referring URLs
- general usage patterns and diagnostics for performance, security, and analytics
We use Google Analytics across Agent Force Services, and we may use other tools to maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse.
4. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to create and manage accounts and authenticate users
- to provide Agent Force Services, including profiles, websites and kiosks, and agency features
- to process subscriptions, payments, and invoicing
- to display directory-related information and support integrated listing features
- to verify National Producer Number ownership and licensing status, and to perform compliance and quality checks
- to prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents
- to provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- to improve, maintain, and develop Agent Force Services (analytics and product improvement)
- to send service-related communications (billing, security, support, and operational notices)
- to send marketing messages to agents and agencies (you can opt out of marketing; see below)
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies
5. Marketing Communications (Email and Text)
We may send marketing emails and marketing text messages to agents and agencies using vendors such as MailScale (email) and RingCentral (text).
- Opt-out: You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to marketing texts.
- Service messages: Even if you opt out of marketing, you will still receive important transactional messages (such as billing, security notices, and service updates) and messages needed to deliver core service features (including contact form submissions routed to you).
6. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With My Benefit Pilot, Inc.: We share information between Agent Force, Inc. and My Benefit Pilot, Inc. to operate integrated services. This includes agent profile data, subscription status, and lead/contact form data and related analytics needed to provide listings and platform features.
- With service providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Google), email delivery (MailScale), text messaging (RingCentral), analytics (Google Analytics), and security tools.
- For legal and compliance reasons: We may share information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, and enforce our terms and policies.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- No sale of personal information: We do not sell personal information.
- No sharing for targeted advertising: We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (also sometimes called "targeted advertising") as described under certain state privacy laws.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- essential site functionality and security
- analytics and performance (including Google Analytics)
- fraud and abuse prevention
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not function properly.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to help analyze use of the services. Google may process information about your use of the services. You can learn about Google Analytics opt-out options through Google's tools and settings.
8. Data Retention
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, and accounting. Retention may continue after account closure as required or permitted by law.
Examples:
- Account and profile data may be retained until deleted upon request, subject to legal and compliance retention needs.
- Billing records and invoices may be retained indefinitely for accounting and tax purposes.
- Security and compliance logs may be retained for platform integrity and legal compliance.
9. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Privacy Laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- access the personal information we have about you
- correct inaccurate information
- delete certain information
- obtain a copy of your information (data portability)
- opt out of certain processing in limited circumstances (for example, targeted advertising)

Verification: We will verify requests using your account email and National Producer Number (and may request additional information if needed).
Do Not Sell or Share: We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Global Privacy Control: If Global Privacy Control signals apply to your request under applicable law, we will process them in accordance with applicable requirements.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, monitoring, and incident response processes. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
11. Breach Notification
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.
12. Children
The Agent Force Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
